The Bradford County Historical Society has the microfilm collection of the Dental Register from 1883 to 1896 and 1898 to 1956. Both volumes are indexed. Pennsylvania passed legislation April 17, 1876 for the registration of dentists. The first volume contains written affidavits citing place of practice and number of years in practice. The second volume contains:

• Residence
• Dental Degree
• College or University
• Date of Degree
• Date of License
